the name of the town, county, state, zip code, school nickname, any unique businesses
mikes-marketing-tools.com is a good one that I like to use. Asking people probably isnt a bad idea, but also use digitalpoint.com keyword ranking tool. its a tough question because they probably dont search for “smithtown carmen electra” or “smithtown truck lift kits”
