How do I find key words that people type in organic search which leads them to my web site (search referrals)?

happyceo asked:

How do I find keywords that people use in organic search that lead them to come to my web site (not paid placement such as ppc, but organic search)? especially from Google and Yahoo?

I read about ‘research referrals’ in Search Marketing Inc by Mike Moran but it doesn’t talk about how to find research referrals.
